1. Project scope
Each project is defined by a written quotation that lists pages, features and deliverables. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
2. Payment
Projects begin after approval of the quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment. The balance is due before final launch. Domain, hosting and third-party costs are separate unless stated.
3. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown on the pricing page. Additional revisions are charged separately.
4. Delivery
Our standard packages target delivery within 24 hours. The 24 hours start once we have received all required content, the confirmed quotation and the advance payment. Delays in providing content or feedback extend the delivery time. Larger or custom projects are given their own timeline in the quotation.
5. Customer responsibilities
You confirm you own or have rights to all content and images you provide, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final website content and design delivered to you. We may retain our general tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Support and maintenance
Reasonable bug fixes related to our work are handled for a short period after launch. Ongoing updates are available under optional maintenance.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable; any remaining refund is considered case by case.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
